RMKF does not collect any Sensitive Personal Information (“SPI”). SPI means personal information such as your password; physical, physiological and mental health condition; medical records and history; biometric Information, sexual orientation and financial information (such as bank account details or credit card numbers).

Personal Information collected by RMKF shall not be disclosed without your express consent, save as otherwise set out in this Policy or as provided in an agreement between RMKF and you or as required by law. It is clarified that this condition shall not apply to publicly available information, including SPI, in relation to you on the Website.


Personal Information means any information that may be used to identify you, including, but not limited to, your first and last name, identity proof, an email address, phone number or other contact information.

We ordinarily do not collect Personal Information from you when you subscribe to any of our services or otherwise. That said, if due to a future functionality if we do, you will be voluntarily allowed to provide or decline to provide such information. If you wish to subscribe to our newsletter(s) and other materials, we will use your name and email address to send the newsletter and materials to you.

The user has a limited right to store, print or download extracts from this website for personal, non-commercial use only to the extent permissible by the (Indian) Copyright Act, 1957, the (Indian) Information Technology Act, 2000 and other applicable statutes and treaties around the world. These laws are applicable and enforceable against all entities throughout the world.

Products and Services

All information, whether pro bono publico, charitable, commercial, whether or not pertaining to focus areas or any products or services, whether or not for commercial gain, portrayed on this website are part of the RMKF initiatives and cannot be guaranteed to be available upon demand. We also cannot ensure that the outreach of programs enlisted herein will be available to individuals beyond the intended beneficiaries.
We reserve the right to include or exclude any programs from our focus and to modify any specifications at any time, without providing prior notice.


As with all information, RMKF does not sell any data in bulk to third parties that can be misused for telemarketing or bulk mailing or any other wrongful purposes.
